Important Registration Information


 

  • We suggest reviewing the rules for our tournament on the rules page of our website. Page six and seven contain information concerning classes. It is important to know the class you want to enter prior to proceeding with registration. 

  • Both account creation and registration are completed on the same web page when you click "Go To Register" You will be taken to a page where you are able to create your account as well as register. Create your account first. You will receive an email where you need to click verify. Once this is completed you will then be able to register for the event.  If you registered for last years event you will not need to setup a new account. Login using your email and password that you used last year. If you cannot remember your password use the recover password function.

  • Once your account has been setup you will select the flight that you want to register in. 

  • When registering as a family create an account for yourself first, indicating that you will be taking part in the event and then add additional entrants.

  • Once you have an account setup you may come back to register at a later time using your login credentials.
  • The discount for competitors nine years old and younger will appear directly on the shopping cart.
  •  Names of the individuals you would like to shoot with as a group, should be added during the checkout process.



Supplementary Rules:
 
Release class definition: If you fall out of this class, you are then Open Class. Bow utilizing multiple fixed cross or up pins with a minimum of 3 pins. The bow may not have any lens either in the bow sight, however a verifier is allowed in the peep sight. The sight may include a leveling device. The sight and pins must be fixed in place and unmoved throughout the duration of the round. 

Sliders allowed if locked in place once scoring has started.
 
Once each rounds scoring has started no movement of the sight is allowed for windage or yardage/elevation. This includes adjusting for yardage with slider type sights that do not require the use of tools. Front and rear stabilizers are permitted. Stabilizers must be shorter that 36” each and mounted on the bow.


Open Class: Refers to the use of any commercially available compound bow in correlation with a bow sight attached to the bow utilizing any either cross pins, up pins, crosshairs, or a dot on a lens. Lenses both in the peep sight a nd bow sight are permitted. Sight lights are permitted. Sights may be moved for yardage and windage in this class as long as movement does not require the use of tools. Levels permitted in now sight. Front and rear stabilizers are permitted. Stabilizers must be shorter that 36” and mounted on the bow.
 
Arrow Rules: No maximum draw weight allowance. Arrows must weigh at least 5 grains per pound of draw weight. Arrows must use only a field type point. Either glue in or screw in type is accepted if it is not found to cause excessive damage to the targets. Use points that are the same size as your arrows diameter. Broadheads are not acceptable for use at an target including the practice range. There is not a speed cap, however arrows must fit into the 5 grains per inch of draw weight rule previously described. 33. Maximum arrows size is 27/64”. No homemade arrows in any class.
